CONTRACT VEHICLES

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Program Office (SSPO), established a second generation suite of indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) strategically sourced contracts for non-IT Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services II (PACTS II) that will enable DHS to accomplish its mission objectives. PACTS II is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) with IDIQs awarded across two (2) functional categories:

CIO SP3 (Quasars)

The Chief Information Officer Solutions & Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), sponsored by the National Institute of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), is a $20 billion contract with an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) ten year period of performance.  All Federal, civilian and DOD agencies are eligible to place task orders against the IDIQ for their IT requirements. The overall goal and focus of CIO-SP3 is to provide Government agencies the ability to quickly push out and order IT solutions and services at a reasonable cost.  Qualified small businesses have a greater opportunity to be a part in this requirement which provides Government agencies a mechanism to help meet their socio-economic contracting goals. 

SeaPort-e Sub (InterImage Inc.)

The SeaPort-e contract is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle designed to be executed through the issuance of Task Orders using the 22 functional areas within the Statement of Work. Several Task Order types are available individually or in a cost-plus or fixed-price combination.
